退款政策

Refunds are accepted within 14 days of product reservation and are issued as store credit. Proof of purchase may also be required to process the refund.

If you would like to request a refund, please visit this link within the 14-day period to initiate the process. Our team will receive an email notification to approve the refund and, once approved, you will receive store credit.

Please note that the store credit issued as a refund can only be used towards future purchases and cannot be exchanged for cash. The store credit will be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance.
